Provide the commercial name, model where relevant, intended use, material or composition, manufacturer information and clear product or packaging photos. State whether the goods are new, used, branded, temperature-sensitive, fragile, high-value or unusually shaped.
A proposed HS code can support review when available, but it does not replace the technical description or prove transport acceptance.

Check packaging and package-level data
Do not hide a sensitive component inside a general product description. The quote and service comparison should use the same disclosed cargo facts that will be presented for booking review.

- Marks and labels already applied
- Whether repacking is proposed and who must approve it
