How it works

01

Tell us what you are sending

What, where, and how fast — documents, samples, or parcels, with weight and dimensions.

02

We compare the three carriers

DHL, UPS, and FedEx price and perform differently by lane and week — we compare and confirm one firm price.

03

Pickup and handover

We collect from your supplier and hand over to the carrier. You get the tracking number the same day.

04

Tracked to delivery

Carrier tracking plus our milestone messages, until the parcel is signed for.

What we need from you

  • Commercial invoice for goods shipments (documents usually need none)
  • Accurate commodity description and value for customs
  • Receiver name, address, and local phone number
  • Battery, liquid, or powder items flagged at quote stage — express rules are stricter than air freight

What affects the price

  • Chargeable weight — express volumetric weight typically uses a 5,000 divisor, tighter than air freight's 6,000
  • Carrier and lane — each of the three has lanes where it wins
  • Service tier — priority vs. economy express on the same route
  • Fuel surcharge — adjusted by carriers monthly

Common questions

What is chargeable weight in air freight?

Chargeable weight is the greater of your cargo's actual gross weight and its volumetric weight. For air freight, volumetric weight is calculated as length × width × height in centimetres, divided by 6,000. Light, bulky cargo is usually charged by volume. Accurate carton dimensions in your quote request mean no surprises on the final invoice.

Which countries can you ship to?

Virtually everywhere. We run air freight and express courier from every major China gateway — including Hong Kong — to most markets worldwide, with regular lanes across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Only a small number of destinations are excluded, due to international sanctions or carrier restrictions — tell us where your cargo is going and we will confirm routing within 24 hours.

How will I know where my shipment is?

We confirm every milestone by message: supplier pickup, airline or carrier handover, departure, arrival, and final delivery. If something slips — a missed cut-off, a customs exam — you hear it from us early, with the options, not after the fact.
