Capacity, cut-off times, and customs exams are the main variables, so your quote should always state the transit time for your specific routing.

Air freight is priced on chargeable weight — the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight — plus fuel, security, and handling surcharges. Rates change with route, season, and cargo type, so an accurate price needs your origin, destination, weight, dimensions, and cargo description.

Every shipment needs a commercial invoice and a packing list with correct HS codes. Cargo containing batteries, liquids, or magnetic materials may also need test reports or transport certificates, and wood packaging may need fumigation marks. We pre-check your documents before cargo moves.

Chargeable weight is the greater of your cargo's actual gross weight and its volumetric weight. For air freight, volumetric weight is calculated as length × width × height in centimetres, divided by 6,000. Light, bulky cargo is usually charged by volume. Accurate carton dimensions in your quote request mean no surprises on the final invoice.

On door-to-door shipments, yes — our destination partners clear customs and deliver to your address. On airport-to-airport shipments, your own broker handles destination clearance. Tell us which setup you prefer and we will quote accordingly.
